Walking in Nature…

I am so grateful for the beautiful nature trails near my home. I walk daily among tall trees, bubbling creeks— often I see a blue heron standing in the creek bed hunting for breakfast.

The sounds, the air, the colors in every season invigorate and center me as I begin my day.
